The Hotel Tilden Hall was located on the northeast corner of Madison and Washington Streets in downtown Bloomington. It opened about 1900 as the Arnold Hotel. In 1932 lumbermen and building contractors William Tilden and Charles Hall modernized the hotel. The Hotel Tilden Hall was razed in the spring of 1962 to make way for a parking lot for Peoples Bank.
